SENIOR DIGITAL MANAGER

SALARY UP TO (£70,000 + GENEROUS CAR ALLOWANCE)

We're working with a large retailer looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to come in and lead the website and app user experience strategy.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of website and app user experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals through collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

  • Lead UX strategy across web and app, using data, insights, and best practices
  • Define and manage SEO strategy with agency support
  • Set annual KPIs for digital platforms with internal stakeholders
  • Oversee frontend design and development within budget and strategic priorities
  • Manage agile sprints and feature rollouts with IT and agencies
  • Ensure quality post-launch support and adherence to UX/content standards
  • Coordinate with local and central teams, sharing best practices and training
  • Manage agency relationships to deliver on digital goals and KPIs
  • Align digital experience efforts across departments
  • Use analytics and feedback to drive continuous platform improvement
  • Gather global guest insights to enhance UX
  • Conduct regular content and UX audits

YOUR SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Proven experience managing web, app, and SEO strategies (via agency collaboration)
  • Strong grasp of UX design principles and digital content in luxury/fashion/lifestyle sectors
  • Editorial and copy experience aligned with premium brand tone
  • Performance-focused mindset with understanding of ROI, reach, frequency, and consumer behaviour
  • Strategic and innovative thinker with a long-term vision
  • Skilled in turning data into actionable insights; highly organised
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders Experienced in managing agencies, writing briefs, and overseeing execution
  • Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful, Umbraco), Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Hotjar) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
