Are you an experienced analytics professional ready to take ownership of digital data for some of the biggest names in hospitality, travel, food & drink, and entertainment? Join this growing digital agency that's passionate about helping brands capture attention - and turn it into real conversions, engagement, and bookings.
The Role
As a Senior Digital Analytics Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for all things data and measurement. You'll take the lead on analytics strategy and implementation - ensuring tracking is watertight, insights are clear, and decisions are data-driven. Day to day will include:
- Owning the full analytics setup for clients - from configuring GTM containers to ensuring every interaction is tracked accurately.
- Building and maintaining analytics frameworks that give clients a clear view of performance across channels and campaigns.
- Translating raw data into stories - uncovering insights about customer behaviour and journey friction points that drive meaningful change.
- Taking a hands-on role in setting up and managing client accounts, reporting structures, and data dashboards.
- Combine data from multiple sources to build a complete picture of digital performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Keep an eye on data integrity - monitoring tags, troubleshooting issues, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Share insight-led recommendations with clients and internal teams, helping shape marketing and UX decisions.
- Work closely with performance, media, and creative teams to ensure analytics seamlessly supports wider digital activity.
About You:
You'll bring:
- 5+ years' experience in digital or marketing analytics, ideally agency-side
- Strong hands-on skills with GA4, doing things such as event-based tracking implementation and user journey mapping
- Experience with GTM, such as tag container setup, event tagging, and trigger configuration
- Experience working in a BigQuery environment would be advantageous
- The ability to turn data into stories - and confidently present insights to clients
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving problems with data
