What you'll be doing:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and back-end components of complex web applications.
- Collaborating with product owners, designers, and data teams to deliver user-friendly, high-performance tools.
- Implementing cloud-based solutions and managing DevOps processes for seamless deployment.
- Working in an agile team, contributing to sprints, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement.
- Staying up to date with AI/ML and LLM trends to bring innovative ideas into production.
- Ensuring code quality through testing, documentation, and peer review.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years' experience building enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong backend skills in Python (FastAPI, Flask) with experience designing APIs and integrating databases (e.g. GraphDB, CosmosDB, SQL).
- Solid frontend development skills in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience developing scalable, cloud-based solutions - Azure preferred.
- Understanding of modern development best practices, including agile delivery, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Passion for emerging tech and willingness to learn Generative AI and LLM technologies (e.g. OpenAI)
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience working in or with legal tech, consulting, or data-driven environments.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and the ability to prototype interfaces.
- Experience managing deployments or infrastructure automation.
