THE COMPANY

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing, customer-led financial services organisation as they evolve their marketing and insight functions. Sitting within Group Marketing and reporting to the Head of Insights, this brand-new role offers ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape how the business understands and acts on customer insight!

THE ROLE

As Senior Insight Manager, you'll be the voice of the customer; driving deep, actionable insights across brand, customer experience, and proposition development. Working cross-functionally, you'll help embed a stronger marketing and customer focus into a traditionally product-led business. You'll lead on:

• Designing and delivering customer and market research (quantitative and qualitative)
• Running surveys, focus groups, and managing external research partners
• Driving segmentation work and championing the use of insight across the business
• Storytelling with data; bringing insights to life for senior stakeholders
• Collaborating closely with internal data teams and owning the narrative around customer understanding

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a similar senior-level insights or research role
• Hands-on experience with qual and quant methodologies
• Strong customer and marketing focus; understanding of how insight drives brand, CX, and commercial outcomes
• Excellent communication skills; you're able to translate complex insight into compelling stories that influence
