Job Title: Senior Insights Consultant Location: Victoria (3 days a week, occasional travel to Richmond)Contract: 6 months, Outside IR35 Day Rate: £500-£550 Start Date: ASAP

We're supporting a leading martech consultancy partnered with a major media client undergoing a significant digital transformation across product streams, including streaming and radio platforms.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Insights Consultant to take a strategic, advisory role, working closely with C-level stakeholders while guiding a team of analysts and data scientists already embedded on-site.

• Act as the bridge between data teams and C-level leadership, translating insights into strategic decisions.

• Lead the development of KPIs, customer segmentation strategies, and A/B testing frameworks.

• Deliver clear and actionable insights to senior leadership, focusing on the "why" behind customer behaviours and campaign outcomes.

• Mentor and manage a team of 4 analysts/data scientists, ensuring quality outputs and effective delegation.

• Support segmentation campaigns and provide insights that drive media and product growth.

• Proven background as a Lead Insight Analyst, Strategy Consultant, or Senior Commercial Consultant.

• Strong experience engaging with C-level stakeholders, with the ability to influence and advise.

• Media, publishing, TV, or radio background is highly desirable.

• Commercially savvy, with the ability to bridge data, strategy, and business outcomes.

• No specific tooling required - emphasis is on insight leadership and strategic thinking.
