Senior/Lead Data Analyst - Revenue
Job Summary :
This role is responsible for driving revenue performance through data and analytics excellence. Reporting into senior leadership, the position will lead the development and continuous improvement of revenue data architecture, reporting, and analytics tools. The role also involves providing actionable insights, supporting business decision-making, and fostering a data-driven culture of testing and learning. This is a permanent role based in London and is 4x days a week in the office, one day from home.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in revenue management, data analytics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of statistical techniques, performance measurement, and revenue KPIs
- Ability to manage and improve complex data systems, reporting suites, and dashboards
- Proven experience in SQL and Power BI.
- Skilled at leveraging data to identify trends, correlations, and optimisation opportunities
- Knowledge of data architecture and market tools that create business value
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to senior stakeholders
What Will Make You Stand Out :
- A track record of building or significantly improving data and analytics tools in a commercial environment
- Experience driving cultural change towards data-driven decision making and test-and-learn approaches
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate analytics into revenue growth opportunities
- Innovative mindset, staying up to date with new technologies and tools in the analytics space
- Experience with Python is beneficial but not essential
