A rapidly scaling consumer technology business operating in the digital entertainment space is hiring a Senior Analyst to help drive customer, product, and commercial decision-making through data.

This is a highly commercial analytics role working closely with Product, CRM, Growth, Trading and Commercial teams to deliver actionable insight across customer behaviour, retention, engagement, experimentation, and performance.

The company is experiencing significant growth following recent investment and offers strong progression opportunities alongside high visibility across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:
  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to solve commercial problems through data

  • Analysing customer behaviour, retention, churn, segmentation and lifecycle performance

  • Supporting CRM and customer engagement initiatives with insight and reporting

  • Building dashboards, reports and analytical frameworks

  • Identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities

  • Translating ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches

  • Presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

What we're looking for:
  • Strong SQL skills

  • Experience in commercial, customer, CRM, lifecycle or product analytics

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • BI/reporting experience

  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and influencing decision-making

  • Exposure to experimentation/A-B testing beneficial

  • Python or R experience a plus

  • Experience with modern analytics tooling helpful
