Senior Marketing Analyst London, hybrid

Salary up to £85,000

This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of marketing and growth analytics within a fast-scaling, product-led digital business. You will play a central role in shaping acquisition strategy, improving funnel performance, and driving experimentation across multiple products, with clear visibility and influence across senior stakeholders.

The Company They are a technology-driven organisation operating a multi-product consumer platform, combining data, product, and marketing to deliver innovative financial services. You will join a collaborative, ambitious environment where insight directly informs commercial and product outcomes.

The Role

  • Analyse acquisition funnels to identify optimisation opportunities and inform marketing investment decisions.
  • Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and cohort analyses to improve performance.
  • Partner closely with product, growth, credit, and engineering teams to influence roadmaps and mid to deep funnel outcomes.
  • Build and maintain high-quality, scalable data models and transformations to improve insight and team agility.
  • Act as a senior analytical voice, setting best practices and raising the standard of experimentation and insight.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in marketing or growth analytics within a product-led or technology-focused environment.
  • Advanced analytical capability across funnel analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, LTV modelling, and statistical methods.
  • High proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience using Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
  • Experience working with modern data stacks, including dbt and data modelling best practices.
  • Confidence designing and interpreting experiments, including A/B testing and causal inference approaches.
  • Ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
