The Role
- Own end-to-end marketing and growth analytics across digital and non-digital channels.
- Analyse acquisition funnels to identify optimisation opportunities and inform marketing investment decisions.
- Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and cohort analyses to improve performance.
- Partner closely with product, growth, credit, and engineering teams to influence roadmaps and mid to deep funnel outcomes.
- Build and maintain high-quality, scalable data models and transformations to improve insight and team agility.
- Act as a senior analytical voice, setting best practices and raising the standard of experimentation and insight.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in marketing or growth analytics within a product-led or technology-focused environment.
- Advanced analytical capability across funnel analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, LTV modelling, and statistical methods.
- High proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience using Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
- Experience working with modern data stacks, including dbt and data modelling best practices.
- Confidence designing and interpreting experiments, including A/B testing and causal inference approaches.
- Ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
