This is a high-impact analytics role where you will work at the intersection of data, media, and commercial decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping how data-driven insight influences marketing strategy and campaign performance for a portfolio of high-profile accounts.

The Role

  • Lead analytics delivery across multiple client accounts and digital media products.
  • Evaluate campaign performance using online and offline data to generate actionable insights.
  • Support the development of data-driven media and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Build and deliver custom analyses, including hands-on data manipulation and querying.
  • Contribute to marketing mix modelling and ensure performance is accurately represented in MMMs.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across commercial, media delivery, and product teams.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Coach and support colleagues on best practice in analysis interpretation and insight storytelling.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in marketing or media analytics within a client-facing environment.
  • Proven capability in analysing digital media performance and advertising effectiveness.
  • Experience building, validating, and interpreting marketing mix models.
  • High level of statistical literacy, including experimental design and model interpretation.
  • Practical experience using SQL and/or analytical programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or similar BI platforms.
  • Confidence translating complex data into clear, business-focused recommendations.
