This is a high-impact opportunity to join a fast-paced, data-driven FinTech during an exciting phase of international growth. You will play a central role in shaping how we invest, measure and optimise marketing performance across a complex, multi-product customer journey, with a strong focus on our expanding US portfolio.

Following sustained success in the UK, we are scaling rapidly in the US and continuing to invest heavily in growth and analytics capability.

The Role

  • Partner closely with growth and marketing teams to support performance analysis and strategic decision-making
  • Analyse marketing spend across digital and offline channels including Meta, TikTok, Google and TV
  • Track customer acquisition sources and evaluate channel effectiveness and efficiency
  • Develop and improve attribution models, including multi-touch attribution, within privacy and tracking constraints
  • Optimise acquisition and application funnels by identifying drop-off points and conversion opportunities
  • Analyse end-to-end customer journeys across lending products, including alternative pathways for declined applicants
  • Build models to answer complex commercial questions around ROI, incrementality and new channel testing
  • Apply statistical modelling and experimentation techniques to support evidence-based business decisions

Your Skills and Experience

The role is highly analytical and hands-on, requiring strong SQL and Python skills to build models, analyse multi-channel data and drive data-led decision-making across a complex consumer journey.

  • Strong commercial experience in marketing or growth analytics within a data-driven consumer or technology business
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills, with the ability to work independently on complex analytical problems
  • Hands-on experience with attribution modelling and multi-channel performance analysis
  • Proven ability to analyse funnels and customer journeys across multiple digital products
  • Solid statistical foundations, including experimentation and uplift or incrementality analysis
  • Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders across growth, marketing and product
