THE ROLE:
As a Senior Product Analys, you'll be the go-to analytics partner for product and business teams - uncovering user behaviour, identifying opportunities, and driving strategy with actionable insights.
You will:
- Leverage quantitative analysis and data storytelling to inform product decisions.
- Generate hypotheses, design experiments, and champion a culture of continuous learning.
- Define and align key metrics across teams, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Build and maintain self-serve data tools and dashboards to empower stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic initiatives, delivering clear recommendations.
- Maintain a central knowledge base of reports, insights and metric definitions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to close data gaps and share insights.
- Stay current on analytics best practices and industry trends, championing a unified approach to data.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Significant experience working with data in an analytical role, ideally in a consumer/tech company.
- Proficiency in SQL, dbt, Python, R and BI tools such as Looker, Lightdash or Tableau.
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical tasks and communicate insights clearly at all levels.
- AB testing/experimentation experience
- Strong data storytelling and presentation skills to build convincing, data-led arguments.
- A self-starter who's curious about user behaviour, detail-oriented and collaborative.
