Salary up to £70,000

This is a high impact opportunity for a Senior Product Analyst to shape data driven product decisions within a fast growing digital financial services environment. You will be embedded in product teams, influencing strategy through insight, experimentation and clear commercial thinking. The role offers real ownership, visibility and the chance to work on products used by a large and growing customer base.

The Role

  • Act as the analytics partner to product teams, shaping product strategy and priorities through insight
  • Define and embed clear metrics to measure product performance and customer outcomes
  • Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover trends, risks and opportunities
  • Design, run and evaluate experiments to inform product development and optimisation
  • Quantify trade offs across customer experience, revenue, cost and risk
  • Build dashboards and deep dive analyses to support ongoing decision making
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience using SQL to analyse large and complex datasets
  • Experience working in data led product environments such as fintech, banking, or high growth technology businesses
  • Confidence using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical approaches
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on impact rather than perfection
