We are hiring multiple Senior Product Analysts to join a fast-growing, data-led organisation where analytics plays a central role in shaping products, strategy and customer outcomes. The Role

You will work as a Senior Product Analyst embedded within product teams, using data, experimentation and stakeholder collaboration to inform product strategy, optimise performance and improve customer outcomes at scale.

  • We partner closely with product managers, engineers and senior stakeholders to shape product strategy and priorities
  • We define, refine and embed clear metrics to measure product performance and customer outcomes
  • We analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and risks
  • We design and evaluate experiments to test hypotheses and inform product development
  • We quantify trade-offs across customer experience, revenue, cost and risk
  • We build dashboards, deep dives and scalable analytical tools to support decision making
  • We communicate insights clearly and influence decisions across technical and non-technical audiences

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong SQL capability and confidence working with complex, high-volume datasets
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, data-led environment such as fin tech, financial services, consulting or a high-growth digital business
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous questions
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI
  • Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning and continuous improvement

What We Offer

  • Base salary between £45,000 and £70,000, with flexibility up to £75,000
  • Annual bonus of up to 10 percent
  • Employer pension contribution of 7 percent
