Senior Product Analyst
Fully Remote (UK) £65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Equity

Having facilitated over 10 million nights of pet sitting worldwide, the business continues to scale rapidly following significant investment and is now looking to grow its Product Analytics function.
With a collaborative, product-led culture, you'll work alongside Product, Engineering, Design and Marketing teams to solve complex customer problems and deliver measurable business impact.
THE ROLEAs a Senior Product Analyst, you'll own analytics across the customer acquisition journey, partnering closely with Product teams to improve conversion, activation and long-term customer growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing acquisition funnels, conversion journeys and customer behaviour.
- Identifying opportunities to improve product performance through data.
- Designing, analysing and evaluating A/B tests and product experiments.
- Using event tracking data to understand customer behaviour and product usage.
- Defining tracking requirements and success metrics for new product features.
- Building dashboards and delivering insight to Product stakeholders.
- Influencing product roadmap decisions through strategic recommendations.
- Taking ownership of projects from problem definition through to measurable commercial impact.
- Advanced SQL.
- Strong Product Analytics experience.
- Event tracking experience (Amplitude, Segment, Mixpanel or similar).
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
- Ability to influence product decisions through data.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously as a senior individual contributor.
Desirable experience:
- Product Growth Analytics.
- Subscription, SaaS or Marketplace businesses.
- Customer lifecycle, retention or LTV analysis.
- Python, R or dbt.
- £65,000-£70,000 salary.
