SENIOR PRODUCT ANALYTICS MANAGER
£90,000 | London or Leicester (Hybrid)

THE ROLELead product analytics team of 3 analysts. Shape product data function across member growth, engagement, partnerships, and international expansion. Report to Director of Data, potential dotted line to CPO. Strategic role working with Product and Commercial teams, owning problem spaces end-to-end.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Use quantitative analysis and data storytelling to inform product strategy
- Design and measure experiments, define key metrics with stakeholders
- Build self-serve dashboards and maintain Insights Hub
- Lead and mentor 3 analysts (2 Senior Product Analysts, 1 Insight Analyst)
- Work closely with Product, Commercial, and stakeholders
- Deliver clear recommendations driving business improvements
- Focus: member growth, engagement, partnerships, international expansion
- Product analytics background in consumer tech/product businesses
- Excellent stakeholder engagement with non-technical teams
- Data storytelling and ability to influence strategy
- Management or mentoring experience
- SQL (must-have), dbt, Python, Git
- BI tools (Lightdash, Looker or similar)
- Product analytics platforms, A/B testing experience
- Pragmatic problem-solver delivering outcomes
- Take ownership from day one
- ML/exploratory modelling exposure
- Experience building data functions
- Membership/subscription business background
- International expansion analytics
- Ad tech/retail media knowledge
SQL, dbt, Python, Lightdash/Looker, Git, Google Analytics, product analytics platforms
THE IDEAL CANDIDATEProduct-minded analyst comfortable with senior leadership. Generalist with broad consumer tech experience. Excited about greenfield opportunity to build and shape data function. Delivers outcomes, not just analysis.
WORKING ARRANGEMENTLondon (2 days/week) OR Leicester (2 days/week)
London-based: Monthly Leicester visit
