Product Analyst

Remote (UK) | Outside IR35 £500 A day

This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Analyst to join a growing analytics function within a consumer-focused membership business. The analytics function is expanding to support product, marketing, and commercial teams across a range of strategic initiatives.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Own product analytics workstreams focused on growth, acquisition, engagement, and customer behaviour.
  • Design, analyse, and communicate the results of experiments and product changes across the customer journey.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and commercial stakeholders to identify opportunities and influence strategy.
  • Develop and maintain business-critical metrics, ensuring consistent measurement of performance.
  • Deliver actionable insights that improve member experience, product adoption, transactions, and commercial outcomes.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, taking responsibility for stakeholder engagement, prioritisation, delivery, and business impact.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Product Analytics within a digital product, marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer platform environment.
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL and dbt for data transformation and analysis.
  • Proven experience designing and evaluating experiments, including A/B testing and impact assessment.
  • Experience creating and defining product or commercial metrics that support decision-making.
  • Strong data visualisation skills using Looker or a comparable BI platform.
  • Ability to combine deep analytical capability with a highly consultative stakeholder management approach.
  • Demonstrated ownership of analytical projects, with the ability to drive both strategy and execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where autonomy and initiative are highly valued.
