You will shape product strategy, mature product foundations, and play a central role in scaling solutions that directly support life sciences. The Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to refine our product foundations, define and own the product roadmap, and elevate our overall product capability. You will bring strong commercial product thinking into a highly technical environment, mentor existing Product Managers, and ensure our products deliver meaningful, real-world value to scientific and commercial stakeholders.

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business and commercial objectives
• Refine product foundations, improving tools, frameworks, and ways of working
• Translate customer needs and market insight into clear, actionable product direction
• Lead go-to-market planning for new products and major releases
• Partner closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success
• Mentor and support Product Managers, raising the standard of product thinking
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform and innovation goals
• Track and optimise product performance against commercial KPIs

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience across the full product lifecycle
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmaps and GTM
• Experience delivering and scaling complex, data-driven or AI-enabled products
• Confidence operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong customer discovery and insight-led decision making capability
• Ability to lead through influence and mentor others
• Experience within life sciences, healthcare, or similarly complex domains is beneficial
