The Role As Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of product strategy and roadmap definition, elevating product maturity and ensuring delivery of meaningful, real-world value for customers in pharmaceutical R and D. You will act as a senior voice within product, mentoring existing product managers while working closely with engineering, commercial and customer-facing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and evolving the product strategy and roadmap, aligned to business and commercial objectives
• Refining product foundations, processes, tools and operating principles
• Translating complex customer needs into clear, prioritised product opportunities
• Partnering with engineering to connect product vision to technical delivery
• Bringing a strong go-to-market mindset to product development
• Tracking and optimising product performance against commercial KPIs
• Supporting the development of future product iterations and new market opportunities

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong end-to-end product management experience across the full product lifecycle
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in a complex technology environment
• Experience working with data, AI or advanced analytics products
• Commercially minded, with exposure to go-to-market planning and execution
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Able to mentor and uplift other product managers without formal line management
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Exposure to life sciences, pharma, biotech or adjacent sectors is beneficial but not essential
