The Role

  • Own the end to end product process for a core internal and client facing platform
  • Set and drive the product roadmap, balancing new feature development, optimisation, and platform quality
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities
  • Lead discovery in ambiguous problem spaces and turn insights into testable solutions
  • Prototype quickly to validate ideas and accelerate learning
  • Work closely with engineering and data teams to deliver high quality, scalable solutions
  • Partner with client facing teams to ensure product decisions drive real commercial and operational impact
  • Embed AI capabilities into everyday workflows in a pragmatic, user focused way

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience operating as a hands on Product Manager in a lean environment
  • Proven ability to own prioritisation and execution end to end
  • Confidence leading discovery, problem framing, and validation with users
  • Experience working closely with engineering and data teams on complex platforms
  • Strong understanding of AI enabled product development and how to apply it responsibly and effectively
  • Clear, confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders and challenge priorities constructively
  • Highly organised, delivery focused, and comfortable managing multiple streams of work
