Senior Research Executive

London | Hybrid: 4 days office / Fridays WFH? Salary up to £45,000

A fast-growing, Series A-B B2B research technology startup is hiring a Senior Research Executive to own end-to-end research projects and work closely with clients on high-impact studies.

The role

  • Deliver quantitative (and some qualitative) research projects from brief to final output

  • Design surveys, sampling frames, weighting and analysis

  • Produce clear, compelling outputs (decks, reports, data visualisations)

  • Support client communications and strategic recommendations

  • Work with analytics teams on advanced methods (segmentation, regression, FA/PCA)

  • Explore how AI tools can improve research workflows

About you

  • ~2 years' experience in research or insight roles

  • Strong quantitative research and survey analysis skills

  • Confident presenting data and insights

  • Some client-facing experience

  • Organised, proactive, and keen to take ownership

  • Interest or experience using AI tools in research

  • Qualitative research experience a plus
