THE COMPANY

Join a global leader in data, analytics, and AI consulting that partners with some of the world's largest consumer brands. This opportunity sits within a long-standing engagement supporting a major CPG (consumer product goods) business, helping to advance their Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function within the snacking division.

You'll be embedded within the client's UK commercial organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape strategies around pricing, promotions, and assortment optimisation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong consulting background who thrives at the intersection of analytics, commercial strategy, and execution.

THE ROLE

As a Senior RGM Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders, helping to design and deliver high-impact revenue growth strategies. The position combines analytical problem-solving with commercial acumen, requiring the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable business decisions.

You'll work directly with the client's RGM Director, shaping programs across multiple workstreams and ensuring successful delivery. Although this is a standalone position on-site, you'll collaborate closely with a wider offshore analytics team to bring data-led solutions to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the right-hand partner to senior client leadership within the RGM function.
  • Develop and execute strategies across pricing, promotions, and assortment optimisation.
  • Define, own, and manage the RGM roadmap to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Facilitate collaboration between commercial and analytics teams.
  • Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Operate with high autonomy, shaping and evolving the role as the program matures.

THE TEAM

You'll be part of a cross-functional client engagement team of around ten data and analytics professionals based on-site, supported by a wider global delivery function. The team works closely with commercial stakeholders across multiple business areas, reporting into a Principal Consultant based internationally. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and designed to empower ownership and impact.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

Essential:

  • Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) within the CPG industry.
  • Strong consulting or advisory background, ideally with client-facing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver RGM or commercial analytics projects from discovery to execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities.

Desirable:

  • Prior experience in pricing, promotions, or assortment strategy.
  • Familiarity with working in matrixed or global organisations.
  • Exposure to data-led consulting engagements or analytics transformation programs.
