Technical Data Product Manager

Salary: up to £90,000 + discretionary 20% bonus

Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week in London

We're working with a fast-growing, data-led company in the financial services space, currently looking for a Technical Data Product Manager to take ownership of the strategy and development of business intelligence products.

You'll be shaping how the business builds and scales its internal analytics and reporting capability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of BI product development - from ideation and stakeholder alignment to delivery and continuous improvement
• Own the roadmap for data products, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Data Engineers and BI Developers (currently 5 people)
• Help define metrics and reporting standards for various business units
• Translate complex requirements into scalable BI solutions, primarily using Power BI

Essential Requirements

• Product Management experience focused on BI and internal data tools
• Technical experience with:
• Cloud platform (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• SQL (intermediate to advanced)
• Python (some experience required)
• Visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)

Interview Process

1. Intro Conversation - with the Co-Founder (30-45 mins)
2. Live Task - screen-sharing session with a technical team member
3. Final In-Person Interview - collaborative challenge with a team member + stakeholder and competency questions
