THE COMPANYOur client is a well-established luxury retail brand with a strong focus on customer experience and growth. As part of continued investment in CRM, they are expanding their team to strengthen lifecycle marketing and automation capabilities.
THE ROLEAs a Senior CRM Executive, you will be responsible for delivering impactful CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail. You will take ownership of campaigns from concept through to execution, with a particular focus on automated and lifecycle-driven customer journeys.
Key responsibilities include:

Driving CRM strategy across email, SMS, and direct mail

Leading the development of lifecycle and automated customer journeys

Building CRM campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to delivery

Owning campaign management across all CRM channels

Managing direct mail campaigns to ensure timely and effective execution

Minimum of 2 years' experience in CRM or marketing

Strong experience developing and delivering CRM campaigns

Hands-on experience managing direct mail campaigns

Salary up to £33,000 plus bonus

Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the Blackburn office)
