ServiceNow Developer

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Remote (Manchester office)Contract: 3 months, temp-to-perm option available Salary: £400-£440per day IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Start Date: ASAP (max 1-week notice)

We are a professional education provider delivering training in law, business, healthcare, and finance. Following significant growth through acquisitions, we are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to streamline and integrate our business units. This is primarily a greenfield/brownfield development role.

• Gather requirements from end users and translate them into actionable stories for the ServiceNow platform
• Develop and configure ServiceNow, including portals, access, and authentication
• Manage testing and ensure platform functionality
• Collaborate with a small team (manager, software team, architect) and liaise with stakeholders including the Head of Software, Head of Group Service Delivery, Group Improvement Manager, and Project Manager (some based in Australia; flexible workinghours)
• Work independently to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines

• Strong experience with ServiceNow development
• Familiarity with Tune integration and Intune connectors
• Experience designing self-service UX/UI
• Excellent communication skills with experience gathering requirements and managing stakeholders
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills; able to deliver under pressure
• Previous experience as a senior developer is a plus
• Knowledge of Jira integration is desirable
• Experience in the education sector is advantageous
