The Role As Lead Product Manager, you will play a central role in defining how complex, intelligence-driven capabilities are designed and delivered. You will: * Shape cross-functional initiatives spanning shared systems, intelligence, and customer-facing product teams. * Translate product and customer needs into clear designs across journeys, systems, and intelligence layers. * Define and influence end-to-end journey architecture in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, and Decisioning teams. * Establish scalable patterns, frameworks, and ways of working for complex product initiatives. * Guide teams in adopting intelligence-driven capabilities such as personalisation, automation, and recommendations. * Apply strong systems thinking to help teams design horizontally across journeys and platforms. * Partner with senior stakeholders to align complex work with customer value and strategic priorities.
Your Skills and Experience * Strong commercial experience in Product Management within complex or data-driven environments. * Ability to design across journeys, systems, and intelligence layers. * Understanding of intelligence-based product capabilities such as automation, recommendations, or personalisation. * Proven success shaping and delivering high-complexity cross-team initiatives. * Confident working with engineering, data, and technical teams. * Clear and structured communication, able to turn ambiguous problems into actionable plans. * Skilled at creating reusable frameworks and scalable ways of working. * Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor.
