CRM TECHNOLOGY MANAGER
LOCATION - LONDON (HYBRID, 2-3 DAYS/WEEK IN OFFICE)
SALARY - UP TO £55,000

THE ROLE
As CRM Technology Manager (Braze Specialist), you will be involved in the following:
- Support the migration of multiple markets from legacy platforms into Braze.
- Manage configuration, SDK integrations, and data schema alignment.
- Own the migration playbook, documentation, UAT, and QA processes.
- Unlock and roll out new Braze features (e.g. Content Cards, In-App Messaging, AI Catalyst).
- Build and maintain HTML/CSS/Liquid templates for scalable, high-quality customer comms.
- Champion data-driven segmentation, personalisation, and campaign optimisation.
- Train and enable CRM teams across global markets to self-serve effectively.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Braze, providing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure pipelines and integrations remain stable.
- Monitor industry and vendor innovation, bringing new capabilities into the CRM ecosystem.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on Braze administration experience (or equivalent CEP such as SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Iterable).
- Proven track record in managing CRM migrations or upgrades.
- Strong technical skills: SQL, APIs, SDKs, ETLs, data modelling.
- Ability to code templates (HTML, CSS, Liquid) within Braze or similar platforms.
- Experience with warehouse-driven CRM (Databricks, Hightouch, etc).
- Strong stakeholder management across marketing, data, and engineering.
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and PII data best practices.
- Project management experience with complex CRM initiatives.
- Familiarity with CMS/DAM integrations (e.g. Contentful, Bynder).
- Exposure to adtech platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Experience with AI-enabled tools in marketing platforms.
- Multi-market/global experience and/or fintech/regulatory environments.
