Technical Project Manager - Central London (Office-Based)

Our client is a technology-driven organisation specialising in the research and development of software used to analyse and trade markets. Their work is highly data-driven and supported by automated systems developed by a collaborative team of researchers and software engineers.
They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the progress of multiple internal technical initiatives and support the continued growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track progress across multiple technical projects
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps
- Prioritise tasks and adapt plans to changing requirements
- Implement and refine project management processes
- Identify risks and opportunities and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Work closely with developers and researchers to coordinate project delivery
- Support documentation, reporting, and process improvements
- Mentor and coordinate junior team members where appropriate
Candidate Profile
- BSc degree or higher in a technical, engineering, or related discipline
- Several years' experience managing complex technical projects
- Strong understanding of software development and IT infrastructure
- Programming experience with C# and the .NET platform
- Database experience (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
