TECHNICAL SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

£550 - £600 PER DAY INSIDE IR35

2 DAYS PER WEEK IN LONDON

THE COMPANY:

A large, complex organisation is undergoing a major tech stack modernisation and is looking for a Technical Senior Business Analyst to support on their data transformation programme.

THE ROLE:

As a Senior Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Data Engineering team in understanding, mapping, and leveraging data in the new environment.
• Partnering with consultancy teams and internal engineers to support platform transition and data mapping.
• Identifying how data is currently being used across teams and defining how it should be structured and used in the future data platform.
• Mentoring Junior Business Analyst's.
• Gathering and translating business requirements into clear technical documentation
• Supporting data platform readiness, ensuring documentation is thorough and aligned with business goals.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in data-heavy, technical environments.
• Proven background in data migration projects, specifically involving legacy to modern platform transitions.
• Experience working in large, enterprise-scale businesses.
• Confident gathering requirements, documenting data flows, and working with engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, across both technical and non-technical groups.
