London (Remote), £350-450 Day Rate, Contract Length TBC

A unique opportunity to shape a next-generation AI-driven marketing and personalisation product. This contract focuses on designing intuitive, scalable user journeys for a platform that enables businesses to create tailored customer experiences with ease.

Their product enables businesses to design and deploy personalised customer journeys and campaigns in a modular, flexible way. The platform is evolving quickly, with a strong focus on improving usability and streamlining complex workflows. The Role and Deliverables * Design end-to-end UX for an AI-powered personalisation and campaign-building platform * Create clear, intuitive journey flows that simplify complex user interactions * Translate product requirements into wireframes and high-quality UX artefacts * Improve the usability and efficiency of campaign creation and customer targeting workflows * Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to iterate on design concepts * Support the development of "next best action" features within customer journeys

Your Skills and Experience * Strong experience designing UX for complex applications or platforms * Proven ability to design structured, step-by-step user journeys and flows * Experience working on AI-driven products, personalisation systems, or data-led platforms * Background in designing transactional or logic-heavy environments, such as fintech or similar * Ability to simplify manual, complex workflows into intuitive user experiences * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with senior stakeholders
