£46,000 + £3,000 bonus London (Old Street - 3 days a week in the office)
About the roleWeb Analyst role within a global retail business, focused on hands-on GA4 and GTM implementation. This is a key hire in a small, high-impact team, working across multiple European brands to improve tracking and digital data quality.
This is not a reporting role - the focus is on implementation, ownership and working closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions end to end.
The roleAs a Web Analyst, you'll work across multiple digital products, acting almost like an internal consultant - understanding stakeholder requirements and then implementing tracking solutions yourself.
You will be responsible for:
- Implementing and managing GA4 and Google Tag Manager setups
- Defining and delivering tracking requirements across web and app
- Working with stakeholders to scope and prioritise tracking needs
- Identifying gaps in data collection and improving data quality
- Supporting GDPR and cookie consent implementations
- Collaborating with digital, UX and engineering teams across the business
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementation
- Strong understanding of event tracking, tagging and data collection
- Experience with GDPR / cookie consent frameworks
- Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Background in digital analytics, web analytics or agency environments
Nice to have:
- Mobile app tracking (e.g. Firebase)
- Experience working across multiple brands or products
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £46,000 plus a £3,000 performance-based bonus. This is a high-impact role within a global retail business, offering strong exposure to digital teams and the opportunity to build valuable experience in app tracking.
