The RoleWe're hiring a hands-on Web Analyst to join a growing digital team within a large international retail organisation.
This is a highly practical role where you'll take ownership of tracking implementation across multiple consumer-facing brands - working from stakeholder requirements through to delivery yourself. You'll sit within a collaborative digital function, partnering closely with UX, product, and content teams.
What You'll Be Doing- Implement and manage GA4 & GTM tracking end-to-end
- Work with stakeholders to define analytics requirements
- Own tagging, tracking, and data layer improvements
- Ensure GDPR compliance and cookie consent setup
- Support tracking across web and evolving app journeys
- Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM
- Proven ability to implement tracking yourself (not just oversee)
- Good understanding of GDPR / cookie consent
- Confident communicator with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in fast-paced environments (agency background a plus)
