.NET Developer

Role: .NET Developer Location: Oxford (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)Salary: £50,000 + Benefits including Learning & Development plans

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join a growing team supporting a fast-paced eCommerce platform and warehouse fulfilment operations. This is a key role working alongside the Group Technology Director and a small UK team, mentoring junior developers, writing and reviewing code, and helping transition legacy systems to modern AWS-powered solutions.

Projects include pricing analytics for competitive pricing, streamlining warehouse processes, and expanding product offerings across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain eCommerce and warehouse fulfilment systems

• Mentor and coach junior developers

• Write, review, and document code within a fast-paced environment with limited legacy documentation

• Support CI/CD pipelines and devops practices

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years professional experience with .NET, SQL databases, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong problem-solving skills and autonomous working style

• Experience or interest in eCommerce is a plus

• Familiarity with devops best practices and AWS certification is desirable but not essential

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Oxford

Interview Process:

• Tech test (take-home or in-person, includes AI detection, 1 hour)

• Meeting with Group Technology Director focusing on agile ways of working, culture, and team fit (1 hour)
