The Role

In this role, you will

• Lead strategic projects to optimise approval rates across products.

• Use SQL to interrogate complex multi‐source data and identify performance drivers.

• Improve conversion and customer acquisition performance by partnering with Growth and Marketing teams.

• Shape and enhance decisioning logic within a newly implemented decisioning platform.

• Develop scalable data frameworks, tracking, and monitoring processes.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to refine logic, integrate new data sources, and strengthen controls.

• Balance commercial objectives with risk considerations to support sustainable growth.

Your Skills and Experience

You will bring

• Strong commercial experience using SQL in analytical, strategy, or credit‐focused environments.

• Hands‐on experience working with large, complex, multi‐source datasets.

• Proven ability to translate data into commercial decisions and market‐relevant outcomes.

• Experience in lending, credit risk analytics, fintech, or another data‐intensive industry such as pricing, e‐commerce, gambling analytics, or FS consulting.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and operate in environments that require both strategic thinking and hands‐on problem‐solving.

• Python experience is advantageous but not essential.
