The Role

As Analytics Manager, you will lead the analytics team and act as a key strategic partner across the business. You will:

• Provide hands-on leadership across analytics, insights, and data modelling.

• Partner with senior stakeholders in Growth, Marketing, Trading, and Product.

• Translate business challenges into clear analytical questions and measurable outcomes.

• Prioritise work based on value, risk, and impact, ensuring efficient delivery.

• Review analytical outputs for accuracy, scalability, and clarity.

• Define and maintain best practices across SQL, documentation, modelling, and version control.

• Communicate insights, timelines, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Mentor and develop analysts as the team continues to scale.

Your Skills and Experience

You will be a strong fit if you have:

• Strong commercial experience in SQL with the ability to write, review, and challenge complex queries.

• Experience leading analysts or analytics engineers, formally or informally.

• A solid background in BI, analytics, or statistical problem solving.

• The ability to manage stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

• Experience in regulated, data-heavy sectors such as gaming, gambling, fintech, or similar.

• Familiarity with BI and data modelling tools such as Omni, Looker, or similar.

• Exposure to dbt or modern analytics engineering practices is a bonus.
