This is a compelling contract opportunity to shape conversion performance within a fast-moving digital marketplace. You will play a hands-on role in driving measurable growth, working closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams on a high-impact optimisation programme.

Their teams work remotely and collaboratively, with a mature approach to optimisation and testing.

The Role and Deliverables

• Lead and deliver a structured CRO programme across key customer journeys.
• Design, build, and implement A/B and multivariate tests using industry-standard tools.
• Translate insight from data, user behaviour, and research into test hypotheses.
• Work closely with product, UX, analytics, and engineering stakeholders to deliver tests end to end.
• Analyse test results, communicate impact clearly, and feed learnings back into the roadmap.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a CRO Engineer or CRO Specialist within digital or e-commerce environments.
• Proven capability in building and deploying experiments using common testing platforms.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for test implementation.
• Confidence working with data and analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, contract setting and deliver to defined objectives.
