Optimisation Manager

London - Remote first (2 days a month in office)

Up to £60,000 plus bonus

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the end to end digital customer journey within a high performing, data driven environment. You will play a key role in shaping conversion strategy across multiple established consumer brands, working at the intersection of commercial performance, experimentation, and customer experience.

The Role

  • Own and optimise the full digital customer journey, driving improvements in conversion rate, revenue, and overall customer experience
  • Define and deliver a data led experimentation and CRO roadmap across multiple brands and markets
  • Use analytics, user testing, and behavioural insights to identify opportunities and prioritise high impact initiatives
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation programmes, working closely with engineering, UX, and product teams
  • Collaborate cross functionally to deliver personalisation and optimisation initiatives across digital platforms
  • Develop and report on key CX and performance metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, leveraging emerging technologies including AI

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in conversion rate optimisation, customer experience, or digital product optimisation
  • Proven ability to deliver data driven experimentation strategies that improve performance metrics
  • Hands on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, AB Tasty, Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of front end implementation, tagging, experimentation architecture, and UX principles
  • Experience working in fast paced, digital first environments such as financial services, insurance, or agency
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and non technical teams
