The Role

• Define the data strategy, translating commercial priorities into clear roadmaps and high‐value use cases.

• Lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of data products across personalisation, predictive analytics, and generative AI.

• Build and guide global data teams, including offshore hubs, ensuring strong capability development and operating models.

• Oversee data engineering functions spanning pipelines, integrations, infrastructure, and governance across Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, Fivetran, and Azure.

• Create data monetisation strategies and lead enrichment initiatives to enhance data quality and analytical value.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, shaping solutions and supporting strategic pitches and workshops.

• Own the data tooling and infrastructure landscape, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and accessible insight sharing.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong leadership experience in data and analytics

• Expertise across Snowflake, DBT, ThoughtSpot, Fivetran, and Azure environments.

• Demonstrated ability to build scalable data foundations and lead teams.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, data modelling, and modern data warehouse design.

• Hands‐on capability with generative AI, automation frameworks, and agentic AI systems.

• Experience in API integration, data ingestion, and enrichment approaches.

• A track record of driving data monetisation strategies with measurable financial impact.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
