Director of Product – Data Innovation
Location: UK (Remote-first)
Salary: £125,000–£150,000 + 10% bonus
This is a rare opportunity to step into one of the most senior individual‐contributor Product roles in the business, leading a brand‐new platform and product line from the ground up. The Role
As Director of Product for Data Innovation, you will define and execute the multi‐year strategy for a newly created product line focused on advanced measurement, synthetic data, and AI‐driven insights.
You will:
- Own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for an entire product portfolio.
- Lead 0–1 product development for new media measurement solutions.
- Validate opportunities through customer research, experimentation, and data-driven sizing.
- Translate complex technical problems into clear product requirements.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and R&D to navigate technical trade‐offs.
- Shape and execute the go‐to‐market strategy, aligning with Commercial, Marketing, and Legal teams.
- Act as the internal and external SME for synthetic data, data collaboration, and AI-enabled insight products.
- Influence senior stakeholders across both technical and commercial functions.
Your Skills & Experience
You will be a strong match if you bring:
- Proven success launching and scaling complex data products or platforms.
- Demonstrable 0–1 product experience in media measurement, ResTech, or adjacent data‐intensive environments.
- Hands‐on product lifecycle experience building AI/ML‐driven products.
- Strong stakeholder leadership and credibility across Engineering, DS, and Commercial teams.
- Expertise in B2B / SaaS product development.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills for senior leadership and clients.
- Ability to operate at Director‐level scope in a high‐autonomy environment.
