£125,000–£150,000 + 10% bonus

The Role

You’ll lead the Data Innovation portfolio, driving the vision and roadmap for next‐generation media measurement. This is a director‐level, high‐visibility IC role with broad scope and global influence. Your responsibilities include:

• Define and champion a multi‐year product vision for the Data Innovation portfolio.
• Drive adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration across EMEA and the US.
• Lead opportunity sizing, validation, and customer discovery.
• Translate complex, cross‐platform measurement problems into clear product requirements.
• Partner with R&D, Data Science, and Engineering to manage technical trade‐offs and shape scalable architecture.
• Own go‐to‐market strategy and product commercialisation.
• Turn platform capabilities into revenue with compelling, outcome‐focused propositions.
• Represent the product externally and build credibility with enterprise clients.
• Operate as the SME for synthetic data, data collaboration, and AI‐enabled measurement.
• Align R&D, Legal, Sales, and Marketing to execute unified product strategy.

Your Skills & Experience

• A proven track record launching and scaling complex data products or platforms.
• Direct experience building media measurement or insights products from 0→1.
• Deep understanding of B2B/SaaS product development in data‐rich environments.
• Full product lifecycle experience delivering AI/ML‐enabled solutions.
• Strong stakeholder leadership across technical and commercial teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills suited to senior leadership audiences.
• Background in ResTech, market research, or media measurement is strongly preferred.
