Entry Level Sales Role – Data & AI
Location: Wimbledon, Southwest London
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 base + commission

The Opportunity
We’re hiring ambitious, entry-level individuals into our commercial teams, where you’ll build a career in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you’ll learn how to generate new business, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in growing our client base.
You’ll be part of a structured training environment, giving you the tools to succeed from day one, with clear progression into more senior sales, account management, or consulting-focused roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging new prospective clients through outbound calls, LinkedIn, and networking
- Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities within the Data & AI market
- Developing relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Learning how to position and sell talent and consulting solutions
- Working closely with senior team members to convert leads into active clients
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery of services
- Working towards clear targets, with commission paid on performance
Training & Development
You’ll join a structured training programme designed to set you up for success in a commercial role.
This includes:
- Hands-on coaching in sales and business development
- Market and industry training within Data & AI
- Ongoing mentorship from experienced consultants and leaders
- Clear progression pathways into senior sales, account management, or recruitment roles
