This is a high-impact freelance opportunity to step into a busy experimentation and optimisation services team that needs immediate support. You will play a key role in stabilising delivery, owning client roadmaps, and driving high-quality experimentation programmes during a period of change, with the opportunity to extend depending on how the engagement evolves.

They are a well-established digital optimisation and experimentation consultancy operating a services-led model alongside their own technology platform. The organisation works with a broad portfolio of clients across retail, travel, entertainment, public sector, and ecommerce. The services team partners closely with clients to improve digital experiences through structured experimentation and data-led decision making.

The Role and Deliverables

• Owning day-to-day experimentation delivery across a portfolio of clients within the services team
• Leading ideation and hypothesis generation in collaboration with clients, shaping proactive experimentation roadmaps
• Writing clear test plans and working closely with development teams to brief and QA new experiences
• Managing weekly client calls, guiding stakeholders through progress, results, and next steps
• Analysing test results and producing in-depth insight decks with clear recommendations
• Attending quarterly face-to-face client sessions when required

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience delivering CRO or experimentation programmes end to end in a client-facing environment
• Confident in hypothesis-led experimentation, test design, and post-test analysis
• Able to proactively shape and own experimentation roadmaps rather than waiting for direction
• Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Experience working with workflow tools such as Jira, with flexibility to adapt to client tooling
• Sharp, structured, and driven, with a focus on raising quality and standards within a team
