This is an opportunity to step into a senior experimentation leadership role within a busy services environment that needs immediate, hands-on expertise. You will take ownership of client delivery, raise the standard of experimentation output, and provide direction during a period of change, with the scope to extend as the team stabilises.

The organisation partners with clients across multiple sectors to improve digital performance through structured testing and insight-led decision making. The services team works closely with client stakeholders, development teams, and internal delivery functions to drive measurable outcomes.
The Role and Deliverables
- Leading experimentation strategy and delivery across a portfolio of client accounts
- Owning and driving proactive experimentation roadmaps, from ideation through to insight
- Providing senior input into hypothesis generation, test design, and prioritisation
- Overseeing test planning, briefing development teams, and ensuring quality through QA
- Leading client conversations, including weekly calls and quarterly in-person sessions
- Delivering clear, insight-rich analysis and recommendations following test completion
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience leading CRO or experimentation programmes in a consultancy or agency environment
- Proven ability to drive high-quality experimentation strategy as well as hands-on delivery
- Confident managing senior client stakeholders and shaping long-term testing roadmaps
- Highly analytical, with a structured approach to insight generation and storytelling
- Comfortable working with tools such as Jira and adapting to different client workflows
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to raise standards within a services team
