The Role
You will work as a hands‐on Experimentation Specialist, partnering with stakeholders across digital, product, CRM, and technology. Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the development of a new experimentation Centre of Excellence.
• Translating business OKRs into clear A/B testing roadmaps.
• Leading ideation, prioritisation, design, and execution of experiments.
• Setting up A/B tests across digital platforms, with a strong focus on optimisation tools.
• Analysing test performance, extracting insights, and communicating results effectively.
• Owning the relationship with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate test setup.
• Supporting both CRM split testing and website experimentation strategies.
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong commercial experience running experimentation programmes.
• Hands‐on experience setting up and analysing A/B tests.
• Confidence working with digital experimentation platforms such as Optimizely or similar.
• Good understanding of metrics, data interpretation, and experimentation best practices.
• Ability to build, prioritise, and communicate clear testing roadmaps.
• Comfort working independently and partnering cross‐functionally.
• Familiarity with GA4 or other analytics tools.
