They are a well-established, multi-service organisation operating across several commercial sectors. Following significant growth and expansion, they are investing heavily in data and analytics to improve customer targeting, campaign performance, and decision-making across the business.

The Role

• Lead and develop a team of analysts
• Define the marketing analytics and customer insight strategy
• Build customer segmentation and targeting models
• Deliver actionable insights across email, telemarketing, and wider marketing activity
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and growth opportunities from customer data
• Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI
• Use SQL to analyse customer, campaign, and operational performance
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong marketing analytics and customer insight experience
• Team leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Advanced SQL and Power BI skills
• Expertise in segmentation, targeting, and campaign analysis
• Ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations
• Experience within B2B, lead generation, sales, or telemarketing environments is advantageous
