This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a brand‐new data function for a fast‐growing organisation where data is central to shaping commercial, operational, and strategic decision‐making.

The Role

In this newly created position, you will architect and lead the complete data function from the ground up. You will:

• Build and deploy a centralised data warehouse using modern cloud technologies.
• Integrate core business systems to create a single, reliable data environment.
• Develop high‐impact dashboards and reporting for senior leaders and operational teams.
• Establish robust data pipelines, governance frameworks, and architecture standards.
• Shape and deliver the organisation’s data strategy in alignment with commercial goals.
• Build and lead a small, high‐performing data team.
• Partner with finance, commercial, and operational teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Champion data literacy and promote data‐driven decision‐making across the organisation.

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed, you will bring:

• Strong commercial experience building or scaling data functions in complex or fast‐moving environments.
• Deep technical capability across data warehousing, integration, and analytics, ideally with modern cloud platforms.
• Confidence in working with multiple data sources and business systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, delivery‐focused approach and an entrepreneurial mindset.
