ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Head of Data will:

• Build and own a centralised data warehouse using Microsoft Fabric.

• Design and implement ETL pipelines and scalable data architecture.

• Develop dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and agency heads.

• Act as a data evangelist and educating non‐technical stakeholders at C‐suite level.

• Define and deliver a data strategy aligned with business goals and transformation plans.

• Lead a lean data team, assessing current capability, and transitioning contractors into permanent hires.

• Partner with commercial, operational, and finance teams to unlock insight and drive performance.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong experience building or scaling data functions from scratch.

• Expertise in data warehousing, data modelling, and modern data architecture.

• Ability to influence senior, non‐technical stakeholders and drive adoption of data‐led thinking.

• Comfortable working in fast‐paced or PE‐backed environments.

• Hands‐on capability with Microsoft Fabric or similar technologies.

• Advantageous but not essential: experience in agencies, media, marketing, or professional services.
