A boutique MarTech consultancy with a strong reputation for helping organisations get more value from their marketing technology investments. Their work spans both commercial and technical advisory, supporting clients across CDP, CRM and AdTech ecosystems!

The Role

In this position, you will

• Lead and deliver high‐impact MarTech projects across CDPs, CRMs and AdTech tools

• Provide consultative guidance to clients, helping diagnose challenges and shape effective solutions

• Work hands‐on with configuration where needed, supporting a smaller but capable team

• Contribute to strategic roadmaps and help clients understand how MarTech and emerging AI technologies can drive value

• Mentor and develop a team of UK and offshore specialists, helping to shape future hiring plans

• Support the development of packaged solutions with key technology partners

• Engage directly with clients through discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews and advisory workshops

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience working with CDPs such as Tealium or Adobe

• Hands‐on exposure to CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce or similar)

• A solid understanding of how data warehouses integrate with CDPs and CRM systems

• Experience activating audiences across multiple tools and channels

• A genuinely consultative approach and confidence in client‐facing environments

• Curiosity about the evolving MarTech landscape and how AI can enhance marketing operations

• A desire to develop and mentor others as the practice grows

What They Offer

• £80,000 to £90,000 base salary

• Commission for bringing in or organically expanding client work (No Business Development required)

• Hybrid working, typically 1–2 days per week in London
