The Role
- Own and shape the customer insight strategy, acting as the connective tissue across analytics, BI and insight teams.
- Define the operating model, frameworks and priorities that enable scalable, self service insight delivery.
- Partner closely with analytics, marketing, product, data science and technology teams to embed customer insight into change and strategy.
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight that drives commercial and customer outcomes.
- Champion a customer first mindset, improving trust and confidence in customer data as a strategic asset.
- Remain hands on, contributing to analysis, tooling and insight delivery while setting direction.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in customer analytics or customer insight leadership roles.
- Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tools for self service reporting.
- Capability in Python for analysis and insight generation is highly desirable.
- Experience building or supporting predictive insight, analytical frameworks or models that influence decisions.
- Proven ability to operate across strategy and delivery, owning outcomes and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of scalable insight delivery and data driven ways of working.
What They Offer
- Salary between £60,000 and £90,000.
- Bonus scheme of up to 16%
