The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of data science solutions that guide marketing strategy.

• Partner with marketing teams to identify opportunities and improve channel performance.

• Build models across Marketing Mix Modelling, predictive analytics, customer value, churn, and attribution.

• Apply causal inference and experimental design to measure campaign impact.

• Develop dashboards and data products that enable self‐serve insights.

• Support data quality, governance, and best practice within the analytics function.

• Mentor data scientists and contribute to the growth of the team.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience preferred in applied data science within a marketing or ecommerce context.

• Expertise in marketing analytics, including MMM tools such as Meridian, Robyn, or PyMC, multi-touch attribution, customer lifecycle modelling

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and PySpark, with experience using BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.

• Practical experience with causal inference and experimentation methods.

• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate insight into action.

• Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly.
