Lead Data Scientist - East Midlands

We are working with a leading ecommerce company who are looking to add a Lead Data Scientist to their marketing team, leading a team of 3.

You’d be leading end-to-end data science projects and working closely with teams to drive measurable impact through models such as Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution, lifetime value prediction, and churn analysis.

They’re looking for someone with:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, R, and PySpark
• Proven ability in marketing analytics and causal inference
• Great communication skills to turn complex insights into business action

The position is hybrid, based in East Midlands
